We are putting a CD online where people can either purchase it, or download the mp3 tracks. The purchase and shipping is working fine, but I cannot get HikaShop to give access to the mp3 files that needs to be downloaded after the purchase was made. I have placed these files in the /safe folder on my ftp. Can you assist me on what is the correct way to set this up so that my users can download the files after the purchase? Thanks! HikaShop will store them in the safe folder automatically. If you add your files directly via FTP, there is no link between the files and the products... In the field for the path, you need to set the relative path to the file from the upload/safe folder. So if you put the file directly in it, you basically just need to put the file name in the field.
