Thanks, Marius")* Hi, Yes, if you deactivate the registration, no user account is created for your users and the name, which is saved normally in the joomla user information cannot be used. We'll have to look at that with acymailing for a solution. For now, you can't use the name tag in acymailing without creating accounts for users. Thanks, Marius")* You can always create a custom user field in hikashop to ask users for their name ( which could be different from the name in their address ) and then use the hikashop customer tags to display that name in the newsletters.
