I'll take a look, in the meantime I'll answer your other questions. 2. Attaching shipping methods and also an example of a wrongly selected shipping method on the frontend. 3. I want the shipping method to automatically select the correct shipping price based on the order price. Just unselect the selection there and it will display for all of the shipping methods. Without it, the system is not recalculating the shipping method when you change the products in the cart.
