We have already developed 30 payment plugins in 2 years and we have a list of 40 other payment plugins which have been requested before yours. If it's a time sensitive issue, you should have it developed by a 3rd party developer. You can post on our commercial jobs forum in such case if you don't know anyone on your end who could do that. I just found that Bluepay has an Authorize.net emulator. So with just duplicating the Authorize.net payment plugin, replacing the url in the plugin file and doing some name changes, I should be able to use Bluepay through Hikashop.
