I'd like to set up shipping so that the first item costs a fixed amount (say £3.00) and then each additional item adds £1.50 to the total shipping cost. I'm tying myself in knots trying to work out how/whether it's possible to do this with the manual shipping plugin, and I'd be grateful for any guidance.
