Regards Tony")* Hi tony, best way is to create a product in Hikashop and then export it to get a template of the headings/columns. I use 'Open Office' for opening up csv's and importing as it handles CVS's better than Excel. The client will need to do updates weekly, this would be replacing the existing prices and also adding new ones if there are any. They receive a file from the manufacture and this is the pricing list. See the attached file, as we are going to be having non tech users updating the records.. Please let me know if you think this can be achieved simply. Regards Tony")* Well not sure of the schematic of the 'other system', but how I do it is via an excel spreadsheet were I have done a vlookup that correlates one system to the other. Once you have imported you products initially, export them and you will have a list of products with not only Product_ID as well as a product number (which will be a point of reference between systems. --- Don't look at what is and ask 'why?'; look at what isn't and ask 'Why Not!'
