BR Matt")* Hi, Are the emails sent after a backend order status modification, or when user purchase ? The emails don't use an editor because is use HTML, so you have to enter your custom html code. BR Matt")* Hello, First message is sent to customer automatically when he/she finishes order on the front-end- some sort of order confirmation--> ("*We are pleased to confirm the creation of your order No........"*). Then additional messages are sent to customer when order status changes (notify customer)--> eg. *"The status of your order No. OR-00007/01/2013 has been changed to refunded."* Is it possible to configure the Hikashop to send confirmation message and other notification emails in language that corresponds to the customer front-end language or even Country? What is the best practice here? BR Matt")* Hi, It would depend on the payment plugin. For most of them, we pass the language context so we could reload the right language when sending the email. In the backend, when you validate an order, the email is loaded with the administrator language context. The problem is not really an HikaShop problem, but a Joomla one.
