I have...")* Oh well, I solved this myself for anyone else who had problems - I had the POSTCODE or ZIPCODE of the sender set to the closest largest town - in this case Brisbane Australia. When I set to the regional zone it is coming from, 100km from Brisbane, all is now correct. In configuration.
