Michelle")* But there is no email sent when a customer places an order either. The only email the admin gets when an order is placed is the confirmation from authorize.net. Is there a way to set it up so that it will send an order confirmation email that includes all their registration info (all custom fields)? Michelle")* If you don't get emails when orders are made, it's either that you deactivated them via the menu System->Emails if you have the Business edition, or that the emails options of the HikaShop configuration are not configured according to your hosting company policy. Please contact your hosting company in order to check these settings with them.
