Simply change the URL to the sandbox URL and fill the email of your merchant sandbox account and voilà. Now it loads a page asking me to login before using. But when you click the link it just takes you to new developer site and the transaction is forgotten. Thank u")* You need to log in the sandbox website with your sandbox account before doing sandbox tests with PayPal on your website. That is always the case. You must have been already logged last time you did your tests.
