What gives? Thanks, Mat")* I have this same issue but found a work around. If you have "Auto select default shipping and payment methods" set to "If only one is available" and you have an eway and paypal payment method setup, if you click between the two payment methods a few times it will reverse the selection that hides the credit card fields. Once it swaps there's no way of making it show the card fields when credit card is selected. I set "Auto select default shipping and payment methods" to "No" and it works properly.
