You can either create another shipping method, or create a new Europe shipping zone and add all the Europe countries that you need for your shipping in there as subzones and then use that new Europe shipping zone for your shipping method. Thanks")* I have a shipping rule that says "inside europe" and everything else "outside europe". If I make an Andorra-rule (same price as inside Europe - even though Andorra isn´t Europe in Hikashop) then it will not work. Because Andorra is both outside Europe and Andorra. So people from Andorra have to pay the same shipping price as people from outside Europe. Which of course is not fair... The same with Switzerland (which in Hikashop is not inside Europe). I can´t figure it out... Do I really have to choose all countries in Europe PLUS Andorra and Switzerland (please tell me if there are other countries in Europe that are not part of Europe according to Hikashop:-)) If yes: How do I create a new shipping zone? We don't decide which countries are in the European VAT zone. We just transposed the treaties of the European Union regarding VAT. If you want to have a European shipping zone (different from the European tax zone that is already by default in HikaShop), you can create it via the menu System>Zones and add to it all the countries you want as subzones. We do not specify any shipping zone by default because every transporter will user different shipping zones. Some might split Europe in west and east europe, some might not, some might split america in north and south, some might not, etc. So if you need shipping zones, you can create them yourself via the interface we propose.
