Thank you in advance!")* Hi, That error doesn't give any information on the problem. Please open your PHP error log and look for the fatal error message there. That fatal error message will give information on what's going on and will allow us to tell you what to do. If you don't know how to access your PHP error log, you can ask your hosting company. Thank you in advance!")* Hi, To add it manually you have to go in phpMyAdmin and add an entry with the "config_namekey" set to "watermark" and set the image link in the "config_value" field. You have to place the image in the "media\com_hikashop\upload" folder.
