Today I have had a customer ring to advise that the online shop of our website was not working. I have tried to add products to the shopping cart but nothing happens, it remains empty. I have Hikashop on 3 websites and the problem is happening on 2 of them ([ www.driver-cpc-stockport.com](http://www.driver-cpc-stockport.com) and [ www.driver-cpc-manchester.com](http://www.driver-cpc-manchester.com)) the one that seems to be okay is a new website on Joomla 3. The basket option briefly came back but then disappeared again - and now its not adding any items to the basket. Can anyone help? When opening the checkout page, I see the right content of my cart. Most of time, when you add a product in the cart and the cart is "still empty", it comes from a cache problem. Please check that you do not have the Joomla cache activate (in the Joomla configuration or by the "system cache" plugin). Salut Jerome, J'ai le même problème; j'ai désactivé le plugin "système cache". J'ai désactivé le cache dans la config globale mais aucun changement,le panier reste vide! Que faire ? Il y a peut être un lien ?! De plus, quand je désactive le module panier, le problème des modules 'image slider' disparaît. Dès que je réactive le module panier, le cycle recommence... I...")* Le lien est simple: Le bouton ajouter au panier d'HikaShop utilise du code javascript pour fonctionner. Si vous avez une erreur javascript dans vos pages (cela peut venir d'un autre module, du template, ou d'un conflit entre une combinaison de modules/template), il est possible que le code javascript du bouton ajouter au panier ne soit pas initialisé et donc les boutons ajouter au panier ne fonctionneront pas. Il faut donc corriger les erreurs javascript, et cela fonctionnera à nouveau correctement.
