I also invite you to delete the data in the hikashop_cart_product table in the process. HikaShop also has a "cart retaining period" option that you can configure to remove old carts. The carts are stored in the database for the period that you want so that you can run campaigns on them, or statistics, etc. Finally, via the Customers>Carts menu, you can delete the carts as well, but it's the same than via phpmyadmin.
