So the are displayed on the listing. That's all. Actually, the products test1 and test2 are assigned to the category "Product category", so when you display the listing of categories, it will display these products under that category. Since that category is the "parent category" of your menu, you see your products directly in the first page of the menu. That's totally normal. If you want to show them in how of the sub categories, you just need to set that sub category in the listing categories of the product and remove the main category from that list.
