The only thing now is that it doesn't appear to be reading the code so the bold and br are showing up on the tooltip as <strong> <br /> etc. I just figured i would remove that code. It's a standard text displayed by your browser. I think that your template does not yet support the tooltips. To remove the html tags, you will probably have to edit the ReCaptcha plugin configuration.
