Can you check it and also : - Active the joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language") - Set the "error reporting" option of the joomla configuration to "maximum" - test it again so that we can see if it display an error message. I activated the debug mode and set the error reporting to maximum, no error message is displayed. There is no error message in Firebug too. I noticed that it happened only when there are more than one textarea running with JCE. (I have created some custom fields with WYSIWYG type) The field variable is empty, JCE doesn't set the input value. JCE does not handle the multi-editor. You can only have one editor per page. So you have to use another editor or no use JCE for your product custom fields. The issue here is that JCE doesn't support that on its end. If you use another editor, like tinymce, it will work (you can change the editor in the corresponding option of the HikaShop configuration.
