Once the service done i would like to email the invoice to my customer and let him pay directly on my website with Hikashop. Should i need Hikaserial addon to generate something like a single invoice number, when customer receives the invoice with that number on it, then he will pay for it once he entered his unique invoice number ? Would it be a good way to proceed or i should need something different to proceed ? There is no place to enter an invoice id to be paid. You should instead create an order in the backend of HikaShop, linked to a user account that you first created in the joomla user manager for your user. Then you can just give the link of his orders listing to your customer and he will have a "pay" button he can click on for the payment if you turn on the "allow orders to be paid later" option of the configuration. That option is only available in the commercial editions of HikaShop. Once the invoice received, i would like the attendee to connect to my website and directly pay online. I would like to create a invoide or order unique number and avoid people to use credentials to pay online. Is it possible to customers to pay an invoice if they only get their invoice or order number ? How could i do so ? You have to attach the order to the user account of the person and then when he connects on your website frontend, he will be able to access his orders listing and pay the orders not yet paid.
