Does anyone know why this isn't working correctly? (I.e. why the password they set during registration isn't working and why it's flagging that error upon registration.) However you still can't log in. However you still can't log in. Thanks, Alex")* Hi Alex, It's a known joomla issue. As you saw, it doesn't only affect Hikashop but the whole website. It might be related to either your php version or something else. If you google this problem, you'll find a lot of solutions on Joomla forums.
