E.g. at the...")* Hi, You could create a custom field of the table "item" and of the type "checkbox" and maybe a second "custom text" one to display the link to the terms and these would display directly above the add to cart button on the product page. You will be able to restrict them per product category and that way it should meet all your requirements. I would like to only show an agree checkbox (item list) if on a product (product, in the backend) a checkbox has been placed in the 'user has to agree' box. I can only filter the availability of the agree checkbox (item) based on the availability of other item custom fields.
