Best Regards ff87")* Hi, If you want to add custom HTML after the "Additional information", you can simply copy/paste your HTML after the line: Code: <!--{ENDIF:ORDER_SUMMARY}--> when you edit the email via the menu System>Emails. To preview the change, the best is to try with the "order notification" email which you can preview by editing an order via the menu Orders and then clicking on the "email" button at the top. That will open a popup with a preview of the email to be send. The template of the order notification emails are roughly all the same so once you have what you want for this one, you can just copy/paste the changes to the other notifications. Are you sure that you're editing the correct email and not another one ? If you edit the email again, do you still see that a file has been uploaded for it ? Well, I do but the heading "Additional Information" disappears when I add some html code under the line you mentioned. > Are you sure that you're editing the correct email and not another one ? As my editing influences the email slightly I think it´s the correct email (it´s email no. 5 in system->emails) > If you edit the email again, do you still see that a file has been uploaded for it ? Yes, the files are uploaded in the interface but later after sending a fake order I can´t see the files in the attachment. Please check that you don't have any h1 tags in it for example, and that the HTML is valid with a tool like that: [ validator.w3.org/#validate\_by\_input](http://validator.w3.org/#validate_by_input) 2. I did some tests on my end with the file attachment in emails and it's working properly. If you don't see the files attached to the emails, then it might be because the option "Embed attachments" is turned off in the configuration. Or it could be that your email server doesn't want to send the attachment in the emails (maybe because the attachment file size is too big ?). I don't understand why you give the possibility to use an editor in the order section and nothing to preview in the actual layout section. Is there a tutorial how to edit and preview them faster than this? I bought the business version because of the mail edit functions, but it turned out that this is more or less no advantage from taking the files via FTP and edit them. The tags are dynamic and will change when the emails are sent. You can also add PHP code in there. Having a WYSIWYG editor for the emails is something we want to add in the future but its not that simple to do. For now, I can only provide this advice: If you want an easy preview for the order notification email, you can have two tabs, one with the edition of the email, one with the details page of an order, and click on the "email" button in order to see the preview of the email in a popup when you need to see the result. You can close/open the popup each time you want to see the change. For the other order emails, most of the template is the same as the order notification email, so you should be able to copy/paste your changes quite rapidly from this one to the others.
