When installing, in the Wizard options select that you want to sell virtual products, that will set default configurations for that. Then create product with files attached, then the customer must buy the product and his informations are asked in the checkout, the complete address etc. Please [Log in](/login?return=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuaGlrYXNob3AuY29tL2ZvcnVtLzItZ2VuZXJhbC10YWxrLWFib3V0LWhpa2FzaG9wLzg2NzY5Ni1kb3dubG9hZC1wcm9kdWN0cy13aXRoLWEtcmVxdWlyZWQtY29udGFjdG9ybT90bXBsPW1hcmtkb3du) or [Create an account](/component/users/registration?Itemid=101) to join the conversation. - **[jeroenvd](/forum/user/32345-jeroenvd "View jeroenvd's Profile")** - [![jeroenvd's Avatar](https://www.hikashop.com/media/kunena/core/svg/person.svg)](/forum/user/32345-jeroenvd "View jeroenvd's Profile") Topic Author - [ Offline](/forum/user/32345-jeroenvd) Less More - Posts: 5 - Thank you received: 0 - - 12 years 6 months ago [\#153611](#153611) by [jeroenvd](/forum/user/32345-jeroenvd "View jeroenvd's Profile") Replied by *[jeroenvd](/forum/user/32345-jeroenvd "View jeroenvd's Profile")* on topic *[Download Products with a required contactorm](/forum/2-general-talk-about-hikashop/867696-download-products-with-a-required-contactorm#153611 "Hi!
