I found already a few topics regarding this in the forum, but they are not finally answered. I need to decide soon, which shop solution I should use. Unfortunately the law in Germany is very restrictive regarding law issues. I am not an expert, but actually most of the rules are from EU, but it seems, that only in Germany it is a problem, if a shop is not fullfilling this rules. I want to create a small shop only for maybe 30 articles. So I cannot pay neither thousands of € for a shop solution or spend weeks of programming in an existing solution. Has anybody experience of a final solution for this? For other shops I found already some things similar: - OpenCart: Modules from osworx.net/Module.html Modules "EUCOOKIE", "Vorläufige Versandkosten" and "Lega" - Magento: "Market Ready Germany" Extension and "Magento DE" but actually I would prefer HikaShop! What is the current state about this in HikaShop? We have a lot of options to make the shop work the way you want so it shouldn't be an issue.
