Something I noticed though is the Product Description section is too small and when you expand it, you can't expand it to the right across the screen as other modules sit on top of it (SEO, Restrictions, etc). Scrolling down is ok as it pushes the modules below description down. Would be good if the page was more responsive? Now please provide a screenshot in order to illustrate your issue with the editor ; because I think that you're issue is just related to the editor (in javascript) which is not fully compatible with responsive design.
