Hi,

There is no ready-made solution.
HikaShop can import CSV files so if your dropshipper can provide a CSV file of the products, you can automatically and periodically refresh the products with the CSV.
Now, to send the orders to the dropshipper, it depends how they handle it. If it's by email, you can add their email address as CC in the emails sent by HikaShop.
Some dropshipping platforms also offer an API to automate the product export and the orders import. In that case, the development of a plugin is necessary to integrate with the API.
