If you use a really recent version, you can just go in phpmyadmin and in the hikashop_config table add an entry with the namekey being characteristics_values_separator and the value being the separator you would like. So replace: echo $this->element->product_name; by: if(!empty($this->element->main->product_name)){ echo $this->element->main->product_name; }else{ $this->element->product_name; } and: echo $variant->product_name; by: echo $this->element->main->product_name; Please [Log in](/login?return=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuaGlrYXNob3AuY29tL2ZvcnVtLzItZ2VuZXJhbC10YWxrLWFib3V0LWhpa2FzaG9wLzk3MTAtYWJvdXQtdGhlLWNoYXJhY3RlcmlzdGljcy1zaG93aW5nLWluLXRoZS1jYXJ0LT90bXBsPW1hcmtkb3du) or [Create an account](/register) to join the conversation. - **[seb](/forum/user/197-seb "View seb's Profile")** - [![seb's Avatar](https://www.hikashop.com/media/kunena/core/svg/person.svg)](/forum/user/197-seb "View seb's Profile") Topic Author - [ Offline](/forum/user/197-seb) Less More - Posts: 107 - Thank you received: 0 - - 15 years 8 months ago [\#9928](#9928) by [seb](/forum/user/197-seb "View seb's Profile") Replied by *[seb](/forum/user/197-seb "View seb's Profile")* on topic *[Re: about the characteristics showing in the cart ...](/forum/2-general-talk-about-hikashop/9710-about-the-characteristics-showing-in-the-cart#9928 "This is about the characteristics showing in the cart and the final cart, I'd like to customized a bit the way it shows up ... when you've got a few characteristics it might be a bit messy ..
