I know there are other free and paid components out there but I've used Hika previously and found it to be good. What I'd like to do is use the free version to start with, get a few products loadded and then import the rest. If needed I can bring these through using MySQL. What I'd like to know is: Does Hika's free version have SagePay as a payment processor Can we create product attribute templates Can we change an order already placed Can we capture non completed orders. I.e orders where the customer left without paying. The idea here is that we can mail them with a discount and save their cart for them I'll probably have more questions but another thing is customisation. Right now I just write my own PHP to list unpaid orders in the front end, produce picking lists and invoices and such stuff so I'm not frightened of rolling up my sleeves but what hacks me off is that some things are coded into the component we use and I'm waiting weeks and weeks for a fix. I am aware that this topic has been discussed earlier in the forum, but there is something that I do not get! When a customer buys a zip file, the downloaded file can't be unzipped, the program claims that the file cannot be recognized as an archive file. According to the earlier discussions on this, the problem should be that the server uses wrong MIME types or that it uses GZIP. Now I have tried this : Copied the zip file from Hikashop's safe folder to an accessible folder. After that I download the file, using my browser, by entering the adress of the file. And there are no problems with the downloaded file. If the problem should be server related, I suppose that I would encounter it in this case too? To me it looks as if the download process of Hikashop makes the file unuseable.") I have set the shop up with four delivery methods: Denmark Inside the EU Outside the EU Download Currently all four methods are displayed when buying an album. This makes it possible for customers to buy a physical cd and then choose Download for delivery meaning that they then only pay for the cd and not for the postage. I am sure there must be a way to show only the relevant postage options for an order, so that the Download option will only be visible when the purchased item is in fact downloadable. But how?") THe only difference is i am doing it with Arizona (not California) at 9.35%. I am ONLY taxing people from Arizona, that's it. That the problem was in the configuration of the paypal plugin. I didn't say that the problem was in PayPal. I actually just checked that our your website and I didn't get any paypal error either.
