I created a topic about this a long time ago (over 3 years) and its very likely not the proper way to do it anymore so i figured i'll start over. I need a custom text field (lets call it for the sake of help 'fieldname1'). So i went to custom fields and created a custom textfield called "fieldname1" with the following properties Label: fieldname1 Table: product Field type: text Mandatory: yes Category: NL (dual lingual site so i have 2 root categories NL and EN, this particular field is for NL only) activated: yes display: front-end: yes back-end form: yes The field should display on articles, but only when i choose to select to display it. The problem is, the option to display the field yes/no is not showing up on the backend when creating an article. Now I have 2 categories of products at the moment, clothing, and equipment. My problem is that when I make the link I can only select either clothing, or equipment, which means that I have to choose one or the other to display to the customer by default. I still want to have the categories for filtering purposes, but is there a way to make the link just display ALL products regardless of their category, or to select multiple categories to display?") It is possible set-up a product in Hika Shom with a minimum number of units per package. For example I have set up a product as a bottle of wine but I can deliver only package of 6 bottle Can I set up the product as one unit but the customer have to purchase 6 or multiple of 6. Because If I set up a minimum quantity of 6 the customer can purchase 7 of them and for my packaging system it is not possible. One solution can be make a product of 6 bottle and I will do this if there is no other solution. Im having an issue with user registration in hikashop. User create is giving no errors and flashes a blank page back to the registration form. I have tested user registration within joomla directly and this functions perfectly. Allows create, confirm, log in. I have checked the registration in hikashop -> config -> checkout I have tried with and without the HikaShop joomla user account link plugin i have tried with and without the Redirect Joomla registration to HikaShop Plugin I have checked under joomla -> global config -> user manager (this functions fine) all the results are the same. That will give you a CSV with all the information of the product. I also have created several custom field items that I can't get to show up next to "code". I've tried: -adding the field items to the category -creating the custom field items as "item," "product, " "category." -assigned the new custom field items to the category where the products appear.
