Is there any tutorial to be able to handle with the interface correctly? For example: I would like to edit the email which the customer gets after sending an order. There is a part "Additional Information" in this email under which I would like to add some html formatted text (actually it´s an article in Joomla but no matter). And afterwards, I would like to get a preview to see how the email looks later in real (without doing fake purchases steadily until the look is ok). Is that possible in Hikashop or can I do this in an other way? At the moment, unfortunately I haven´t got what I have expected from this Interface but surely there is a solution. For now, I can only provide this advice: If you want an easy preview for the order notification email, you can have two tabs, one with the edition of the email, one with the details page of an order, and click on the "email" button in order to see the preview of the email in a popup when you need to see the result. You can close/open the popup each time you want to see the change. Unfortunately the law in Germany is very restrictive regarding law issues. I am not an expert, but actually most of the rules are from EU, but it seems, that only in Germany it is a problem, if a shop is not fullfilling this rules. I want to create a small shop only for maybe 30 articles. So I cannot pay neither thousands of € for a shop solution or spend weeks of programming in an existing solution. Has anybody experience of a final solution for this? For other shops I found already some things similar: - OpenCart: Modules from osworx.net/Module.html Modules "EUCOOKIE", "Vorläufige Versandkosten" and "Lega" - Magento: "Market Ready Germany" Extension and "Magento DE" but actually I would prefer HikaShop! The problem is, that in Thunderbird, the "From" is always our own name (Marti Waffen AG 6340 Baar). In the EMail, there is the friendly name and the email from the customer. It would be nice, if there is not stand "Marti Waffen AG 6340 Baar" in the "From" Field, but the customers friendly Name an EMail Adress. I tried to change the "Sender Information" under Hika-Shop Menu "System / EMails" but what can I write there so that the system places the customers information into that fields? The customers address in the EMail-Body is nice, but not sufficient. My boss is going crazy when he searches an EMail because he alsways see his own name and not the Customers Name.
