My customers never buy them directly from my website, they often call me first when they need me and we set appointment. Once the service done i would like to email the invoice to my customer and let him pay directly on my website with Hikashop. Should i need Hikaserial addon to generate something like a single invoice number, when customer receives the invoice with that number on it, then he will pay for it once he entered his unique invoice number ? Would it be a good way to proceed or i should need something different to proceed ? For example I have the following in the advanced workflow process (or see workflow.png) : Box 1 => Cart Box 2 => Login Box 3 => Cart / Payment / Fields And when someone logs in or is already logged in they see the correct checkout page with no problems (see attached "when you login.png"). It is comprised of the Cart and a payment option, the currency is AUD - everything is fine. But when someone registers they get a different checkout page (see attached "when you register.png") that comprises of: * Checkout progress bar (even though it is disabled) * Billing Address (even though it's not in any of the workflow boxes) * Coupon Input field (again, coupons arenot in the workflow) * Price is in Euro's even though I have AUD selected Any ideas what could cause this? Have I done something I shouldn't have with the workflow? I tried loading the latest language file but any time I change that one message (even if I alter just 1 letter) it formats it differently like I showed above. We are using the HikaSerial component and and I have a hikaserial generator plugin using curl to generate serial numbers and associated software licenses. This combined with the eWay payment plugins curl request means the payments step can take a few seconds. During this time there is no indication that anything is happening and we seldom but occasionally get duplicated orders processed within seconds of each other. I don't know if this is definitely the cause but I thought it could be associated with clicking next while an existing payment and order is being processed. Either way I would like to try and have some sort of notification that the order is being processed,as this type of warning dialog seems common in most online shops. I would also appreciate your feedback as to whether the duplicated order could be associated with further user interaction while the order is being processed, because if it is not I may need to try and figure out how this could occur also.") We have some different kinds of products in our Shop and for the most of them, we have to place a "Statement" like ("You need a permit to buy" or "This product is only sold when... x or y"), statements like that. These are standard texts and always the same. It would be nice, if these Texts could be stored as "Template-Texts". If I put a new product to the store, it would be nice to enter the product specific parts like product name, description, size, weight, price, ... etc. and then choose such a Template-Text to be displayed below the product as a standard text. I know how to solve issue with the custom fields but I would like to do as less as possible custom-changes to the PHP-Scripts of the Shop. And why a text-template? It's simple. I can put a text to every product by hand and this text ever changes, then I have a problem (since I have to change all products by hand with this text). Otherwise I can change the text-template and it's done for all products. May I ask you to add such a possibility to one of the next versions of Hika-Shop maybe?
