I really like this product but I have to have the UPS plugin or it is a deal killer. Payment method works fine. I've got the access key and everything related to UPS plugged in correctly. I've got dimensions on the products set to 1 foot and the weight at 2 pounds. Everything is published or public so far as I can tell. I've got it loaded on a Gantry template. I'm up for any more suggestions. I'm sure it's something I'm missing but am stumped.") I am setting up a website in Australia which needs to charge a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% to all local purchases - but all other countries are exempt. Majority of sales will be in Australia, so I need it to be optimised/tailored for local business. I have set up a rate of 10%, am using the default tax category and have setup a tax rule to apply to the Australia zone only. But when I view the product it shows me the price without GST. It's not until I login (with an Austrlaian address specified) that it updates and shows me the GST inclusive price. Also, in my product it has 2 prices (one with and one without tax) but both prices show me the same figure. Do I have to set a default zone somewhere so it shows me the correct with and without tax prices? Any help would be appreciated. I have tried this on the current installation and also tried on a fresh installation with no other plugins or modules installed. If I just save the configuration all is well but when I try to add a default image I get an Internal Server Error 500 and Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.. I still have sugestion. making it possible to choose a category for options instead of a single product, will make life so much easier for shop owners. I understand that it's not ideal for your case because you would directly like to use the different products, but for some other use, being able to use products with variants like we do would be way better than having to have all the products of a category as an option. For example, if you actually want to sell the options separately and that you want the user to be able to select the variant he wants when he buys the option on its own. So Yes, being able to have both systems would be even better. But again, that would be a lot of work. We'll see how it goes, but for now, we didn't had much requests on that end. You can already create a X% discount limited to all the products of the category Y and to only the A user group. Yo can go in the menu Orders->Discounts to do that. You can also do that. Hope you can help. I have a big problem with the display of the hikashop user control panel (please see attached image). The site is using the Joomla standard template Protostar and when going to the user control panel page the layout is all wrong. I realise that this is probably a template issue but I was kind of hoping that hikashop would at least work with the Joomal standard templates. I have made no customisation to the standard template so the code is all clean. Does anyone have any solutions?")
