I will build a shop and want to know, if it is possible from the system automatic make the payments in 2 different

for example 20 % for me and 80 % for the selling/vendor person? the invoices are able, I know, but what about the payments
for paypal or another payment solution

With adaptive payment plugins, like Paypal Adaptive or MangoPay, you can pay several entities (you and your vendors) with a single transaction.
