Shipping for several vendors

Hi,
I have Hikamarket with several vendors.
We sell online products (downloads) and goods for shipping.
If a customer buys products from one vendor a physical good (product with weight), the shipping method is applied.
But this shipping method is now added for all goods in the cart basket, also for the online downloadable products.

This seems to be a bug.
Summary:
If one product is in the cart basket with shipping necessary, the shipping method is added to all products of all vendors, even if not needed.
Please clarify...

Hi,

Do you have the shipping per vendor activated ?
With the shipping per vendor, HikaMarket split the shipping methods for each vendor, so the shipping method for physical good should not include the downloadabled products of the other vendors.

Yes, shipping per Vendor is activated.
It does already split the shipping methods for each vendor.
The bug is, that it add additional shipping also for the downloadable products as soon as there is one good that needs to be shipped from another vendor.

As soon as I remove the physical good (from the other vendor) in the cart, also the other shipping for the other vendor is removed for the dowloadable product.

Please advise...

Hi,

I found the problem in the multi-shipping system in HikaShop.
I made some modification in order to right reprocess the weight/size/price for each shipping group and introduce a new element.
The new element display a message when a shipping group does not require shipping (but other shipping group need).

These modification affect several files in HikaShop, we planned to make a new HikaShop release during this month.
If you don't want to wait for the release, we can see to send you the list of the modifications.
