vendor dashboard doesn´t work

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- HikaMarket version -- : 1.4.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6

Hi,

we have some problems with the vendor dashboard. We save the product to fill in some translations... at this point is everything fine. After the first saving the option is free to add the translations. But when we want to open a language nothing happen. After the first saving we can edit the information like description, price... but it is not possible to save. When we click on apply or save the dashboard crashed and we landing on the home of our site and nothing is saved.

We try this with different templates but the results are the same. What is the problem? Do you can tell us a template wich is complete stable with HikaMarket?

Hi,

Would it be possible to have an access to your front-end ?
So I will be able to see the problem directly.
For the moment I think that you have some javascript problems and maybe a "popup" issue for the translation part (that you can solve in your HikaShop configuration by changing the popup mode).
But to be sure, to be able to give you a precise answer, I need to see it and confirm my thoughts.

Hi,

Please change your "popup mode" in your HikaShop configuration.
You're currently using the "bootstrap" mode but your template is not compatible with bootstrap.
So it generate the problem that you can't see the popup for the translations (which is partially visible at the bottom left of the web page).

For the other problem, can you please re-download HikaMarket 1.4.4 ?

perfect... thanks for your help. We change the popup mode and now we can edit the translations.

We re-download HikaMarket 1.4.4 but the second problem is still there. When we add a new product it is possible to save the product at the first time. But when we open a product, change something and want to save it, the dashboard crashed add we landing on our homesite.

Any idea?

Hi,

I think it could come from your SEF component or maybe your language component.
When HikaMarket submit the page, it submit a form with some data. The answer of this POST is a "301" which redirect the user to the home page.
It is not something that HikaMarket do, so I think that you have a system plugin which do that.
It is generally link to SEF, language or security.

okay... we have a redirection if there is a error on a site. So we disable the redirection and see that there is a missing column (it is tags) in the table vcdsq_hikashop_product. We create the column in that table and now everything works.

Hi,

Good to know that your problem is solved.
But there is not "tags" column in the hikashop product table, so I am a little bit curious because the tags are the Joomla tags and HikaShop shouldn't store them in the database ; the system logically remove them for the product object to store them in the Joomla UCM system.

Hi,

we had not that message about the missing column when we disable the database driver plugin from falang. So there must be are problem by falang. So we think that is the kind why this problem is not present by the first saving.
