Error Message Custom Field 'Vendor_Address_Country'

Hi,
I am getting an error in the vendors page.

In your custom zone field "vendor_address_country", you have the zone "country_France_73". However, that zone is unpublished. Please change your custom field accordingly.

I have unpublished all countries other than USA as I am only advertising USA. In the vendors page the only drop down is United States. No other country including France is in drop down. However, as seen in the image, France shows up in the pie chart as USA in half and France in other half.
