[SOLVED] Some vendors not receiving Order Created email

-- HikaMarket version -- : 3.0.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.13
-- PHP version -- : 7.2.25


A small number of vendors were not receiving an email when a new order was placed. It was caused because their email address had been set up by the main vendor with a space after the email address. (probably a result of a copy and paste). Perhaps in a future update you could strip any whitespace around the emails address?

Yes, we can see to "trim" the emails in the vendor page edition, so it would avoid such copy/paste issues.
