Pls help to check, i can not to create prodcut template

Please activate the "debug mode" and "error reporting" settings of the Joomla configuration and try again and it will display an error message with more information. We'll need that to better understand what's going on.
Also, in order to get the MySQL query failing here, could you please follow the instructions here:

Hi,

The error is in the pagebuilder3 system plugin from your template.
You should report the issue to your template provider. The plugin should not have to do anything in the backend area of HikaShop so I guess the plugin needs an extra check in its code.
In the mean time, you can temporarily disable that plugin in the Joomla plugins manager while you create the product template.
