This would mean they are effectively running there own store within the site. A customer could buy several products from several vendors in the same time. It means that there is only one main vendor with all of his payment methods. Vendors could have they own paypal address but it is only used by the main vendor to pay his vendors. With paypal adaptive, it would be possible to send directly the money to all vendors during the customer transaction but it is a very complex development which need time.
