When the customer clicks on the Terms and conditions line to read the terms, the screen becomes dark and the page with the terms appears somewhere in the lefthand lower edge of the screen. It is not possible to read it at all. This happens both with the normal Hikashop terms and the vendors terms. 2. I can`t remove the normal Hikashop terms from the cart. I want only the vendors terms to be shown - here is a prntscr of my checkout configuration - prntscr.com/5dfhsi . Please change the "popup mode" to "mootools" in your HikaShop configuration (section "display"). 2. You can override the view "checkoutmarket | terms" in order to not display the first checkbox. The best will be to replace the content by Code: <input class="hikashop_checkout_terms_checkbox" id="hikashop_checkout_terms_checkbox" type="hidden" name="hikashop_checkout_terms" value="1" /> So the rest of the algorithm will still see the store checkbox as "checked".
