Each module have his own configuration and can be display on Joomla menus or on specific HikaShop/HikaShop pages (product & vendor). But for the moment the canonical url in HikaMarket is not fully completed and if you want to use a vendor listing menu instead of a vendor listing module (which have the setting "menu" to point to another Joomla menu) it will require a little view override in order to force the menu for the links on the vendor pages.
