Order-Export. Defining fields to be exported

-- HikaShop version -- : 6.1.1

1. Where can I specify which fields are exported? If i exporting Orders to .xls, countless fields are exported that I don't need.

2. Also, umlauts are displayed incorrectly, so I think the format is wrong. Österreich = Österreich

3. Exported Products looks like that: 20.8. Bad Radkersburg Jufa<span class="hikashop_product_variant_subname">: Einzelzimmer</span>
Also not good.

Where can I set that?

From the HikaShop backend interface or from the HikaMarket frontend interface?

The HikaMarket order export works the same than the HikaShop order export.
The order product name is not altered, so the HTML tag added for options is not striped.
Regarding the "umlauts", I do have the felling that the issue is more regarding the UTF-8 encoding. Please perform a test with a CSV export and open the file with a text editor where you can see/set the encoding.

Thanks for the reply, but I can't identify individual fields that shouldn't be exported in the export.php file.

And the HTML tag for variants cannot be removed either?

Or is the only option to write a Hikashop plugin onBeforeOrderExport that takes over these functions?

Or have I misunderstood something?

The order export customization is the same for HikaShop and HikaMarket.
It is possible to use "view overrides" or " plugin trigger".

The two forum threads are talking about the two solutions ; but you can find more threads in this forum with more example and maybe some PHP code which will suits your needs.

The idea behind the view override is to allow you to add some PHP code to remove content in the " $row " array, so these entries won't be exported.
As you can see in the view, 3 entries are modified before the "writeLine($row)" to improve the display of some date variables.
