Hide few fields in Vendor frontpage new/edit product

Good afternoon.

I would like to hide some fields on the front-end of the site on the vendor page, in the sections New product / Edit product and others, such as: volume, purchase limits, keywords, canonical URL, Access level and etc.

I am trying to do this via: HikaMarket → Access → “Vendor accesses”, and then in the product > new and product > edit branches I deactivate “volume" and other fields for all user groups, but this does not work.

How can this issue be solved?

Are you editing an existing product or creating a new one?
Because the ACL you're showing is for the creation of a new product.

The ACL table is to configure with fine grade the rights depending the vendor groups.
If your vendors don't have groups configured, it will use the main setting from the HikaMarket main configuration.
It is best to start with that configuration so you will have setting by default for all vendors ; and after that you can see to tweak the rights for specific groups, etc.
