Are your HikaMarket ACL authorizing the edition of the characteristics and variants? HikaMarket can allow vendors to add characteristic to a product and manage the variants. Thanks!")* Hello Specifically, the problem is that I don't see the features and variations when creating a product from the frontend, with a seller user. I've attached screenshots of the Hikamarket ACL configuration; I assume that's what you're referring to. If you'd like to check, you have the admin and FTP access credentials, and I've also granted seller permissions to the user on the site's frontend. We can see that under "product / edit" and "product / new", you don't have all fields, which means that we can't say if your vendor can or cannot edit characteristics/variants on products. But since you're saying that you don't have the same interface than our demo website, we can conclude that the ACL are not configured accordingly. Thanks!")* Hi Indeed, the ACL wasn't configured correctly, but thanks to your comment I was able to find that the configuration I needed to edit wasn't the variants setting, but the product setting.
