VOTE AND COMMENT NOT SHOWING UP

hello guys! I have problem about THE VOTE and comment in the products, i have enabled all the settings about the vote and comment in the configuration area under the VOTE TAB, and also the Parameters for products,

what am i missing here??? this problem makes me crazy! please help! i will attach the images for you to see the settings that i have done so far.

Go in the 'Display' tab of the configuration and turn on the Display votes on product page.

I have upgraded to the new version of hika business, turned on votes and comments on product pages and still do not see them on the page.

I installed a fresh version of hika on a new site and it works fine.

That's probably because you had edited the file "show" or the file "show_default" of the view "product" via the menu Display->Views in order to customize the display of the product page.
Because of that, you are still using the view file of your previous version and you don't have there the code to handle the votes and comments.

You will have to backup your modifications and delete them in the file with the delete icon of the views listing for that view file. Then you should see the votes and comments interface if you configured them properly and you will be able to reapply your modifications to the new view file in order to get back your customization.

thank you for your advice about my modified show.php page, that was the problem. Now I cannot figure why the stars are missing. It shows the number zero and the comment box but the stars are missing any clues for this one? theuncommonlife.com/store

I also can no longer see stars since updating file for social, instead there is a drop down showing numbers. But I can not access the file you posted here. Please tell me what I need to change in the css.

The stars are showing in other module so I clicked on one and now they show on product. Not sure why.
