After update Hikashop to 2.1 pagination is broken

After the update to the new hikashop version the pagination is broken. When i go to an article page and try to go to the next page it returns to the homepage. When I turn of Joomla SEF than it seems to work fine. I restored a backup from before the update and that works fine with the joomla sef. Could you please fix this in the new version, because in the old (2.0) file upload doesn't work when you assign it to certain categories.

Please give a link to the products listing page with the broken pagination so that we can see that as we can't reproduce the issue on our end.
