tar.gz

I have may be a stupid question, but I do not know what is that tar.gz?
I have documentation > install read, but found nothing. I just install zip file of Hikashop, but there is also tar.gz. What should I do with this?

The tar.gz is the same thing as the zip. It's simply another way of compressing data. You don't need to worry about it.
