I may have missed it but the only thing I saw is a difference in the "tabs". In German the texts are wider so it took two lines. Logically, I don't think you are talking about it because it does not have any link with the HikaShop 2.2.1 upgrade. It looks that since the update there is something that mess-up the German product pages. This problem occurs since the last update and all the products in the German language have this problem, while other languages doesn’t have this problem. Everything is going well In Dutch and In English., so there is something changed after the update, allowing the combination of the German language and the tabs creating invalid HTML. You updated the languagestring VOTE_AND_COMMENT="Bewertungen und Kommentare" in "Bewertungen | Kommentare" I changed the string in "Bewertungen / Kommentare" and this solved my problem.
