However from what I understand you would put custom fields for additional options in the products actual pages. But this will not work because you cannot adjust the price of the product with custom fields correct? When I put additional product options as if they were a separate product, they then all show up in the page and we only want them to be able to select one at a time only. I did however run into another issue where the characteristics in the drop down could not be ordered correctly. even though they were ordered 0-17 in the characteristic setup page, they still found their way to be ordered incorrectly. I checked the sql in the back-end and there was no reason for this. I thought it was possible that it was alphabetically ordering them, instead of by the order I told them in characteristic menu ordering. You are talking about the variant dropdown on the product page, right ? Have you set the order in Products > Characteristics ? And saved the ordering ?
