Disable it and it won't show. Regarding the access, I tried and could not reproduce what you were talking about until I try on Joomla 3.2. They apparently removed the call to the authorize function of the controller which was supposed to do the check and thus it wasn't working anymore on Joomla 3.2. We've modified HikaShop to fix both issues and published a new package. You can download it on our website via the menu Your account>Your subscriptions and manually install the package via the joomla installer in order to perform the update. It's not a bug, it's the way it is supposed to be at the moment.
